[FTU] Usagi ~ Sailor Moon 2016

It's 2016 and that (obviously) means another Sailor Moon icon from me. Y'all are probably real tired of seeing these pfffft

I always get the itch to pixel Sailor Moon and co. Hopefully I'll actually finish the inner + outer senshis this time!
