Description

update [8/7/2016] _  A very, very old piece I decided to take out of storage!

Practicing chibis, because I want to get better at them and find my own style.  So, definitely not perfect, but it's a work in
        progress.
        My babbu :iconpapercharm:'s OC, Mira!!!  Had to steal her, mwahaha.  I hope I did her justice not really SOB.
        But, hey!  How else can I get better unless I practice?
        No animation this time, but maybe later.
